Description
The 80PK-25 SureGripTM piercing temperature probe is designed for use in liquids, gels, soft and semi-hard materials.
The probe is made of 316 stainless steel, which is suitable for food service use. The probe’s thermocouple junction is protected from tip to shank by a 316 stainless steel sheath.
The 40″ (1 meter) cable terminates with a standard Type K mini male thermocouple connector. The 80PK-25 can be used with any thermometer that is designed to accept Type K thermocouples and has a miniature connector input.

- Maximum voltage: 24 V ac rms or 60 V dc.
- Maximum tip temperature 816 °C (1500 °F).
