You may request the application of the exchange and return policy for a product purchased from Techmaster de México only in two scenarios, the first is when the equipment presents visible damage and the other is when the product is different from the one you ordered.

 

When the equipment shows visible damage:

  • Attach your order confirmation email
  • You must send us photos of:
  • The label and box where you received the package
