The parcel service may or may not request the acceptance signature of the person receiving it. All of these items are additional and will be detailed separately from the equipment price.<\/p>\n<p>Any changes in quantities, specifications, or conditions may require a new quote.<\/p>\n<p><u>Payment Options<\/u><br \/>\nPayments are available with cash, cards (debit and credit), bank transfers, and bank payments.<\/p>\n<p><u>Local Deliveries<\/u><br \/>\nOnce payment has been received and\/or a prior agreement has been established as indicated in the quote and in accordance with our terms and conditions, your equipment can be delivered to your premises or, if you prefer, you can pick it up at the branch where it was purchased. Delivery is considered complete at the time of pickup or shipment of the equipment.<\/p>\n<p>For local deliveries, the customer must physically inspect the equipment upon receipt. Techmaster de M\u00e9xico will provide the printed invoice, the delivery note (shipper&#8217;s note), and instructions for physically inspecting the equipment.<\/p>\n<p>The delivery note (shipper&#8217;s note) must be signed by the customer as confirmation of receipt in good condition.<\/p>\n<p>We are not responsible for any damage to your package after receipt of shipment; it is important to us to do everything possible to protect all products.<\/p>\n<p><u>Foreign Deliveries<\/u><br \/>\nOnce payment has been received and\/or a prior agreement has been established as indicated in the quote and in accordance with our terms and conditions, the equipment can be shipped to the address indicated by the customer. Delivery is considered complete upon shipment of the equipment.<\/p>\n<p>Shipping of packages from abroad is done in protected boxes. Techmaster de M\u00e9xico will provide the shipping guide to the customer via email and\/or WhatsApp. The printed invoice, the delivery note (shipper&#8217;s note), and instructions for physical inspection of the equipment are sent with the package. The customer must physically inspect the equipment upon receipt.<\/p>\n<p>We are not responsible for any damage to your package after receiving it; it is important for us to do everything possible to protect all products.<\/p>\n<p><u>Shipping Cost<\/u><br \/>\nFor purchases from abroad, the shipping cost is reflected in the quote. We ship throughout Mexico, in areas where the courier service has access.<\/p>\n<p><u>Damage Report<\/u><br \/>\nIn the event that the product shows any damage, you must complete the Damage Report and attach photographs of the boxes, labels, and the products in question. This report must be submitted within two business days of receiving the equipment.<\/p>\n<p>Damage Report Form and Return Request for Measuring Equipment. Techmaster de M\u00e9xico will act as an intermediary in warranty processes when applicable. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, improper transportation after delivery, accidents, unauthorized alterations, or unsuitable environmental conditions.<\/p>\n<p>To request a warranty review for your equipment purchased from Techmaster, you must complete and submit the Warranty Application Form and notify your Sales Representative.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/techmasterdemexico.com\/formulario-de-aplicacion-de-garantia\/\">https:\/\/techmasterdemexico.com\/formulario-de-aplicacion-de-garantia\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p><u>Cancellations and Returns<\/u><br \/>\nReturns are not accepted without prior written authorization.<\/p>\n<p>All returns will incur a 20% charge of the quoted value. Handling and transportation charges will also be considered.<\/p>\n<p>Any cancellation will result in a 50% charge for transactional equipment and a 65% charge for specialized equipment. Handling and shipping charges are also applied.<\/p>\n<p>Returns without the original packaging or in poor condition are not accepted.<\/p>\n<p>Returns are subject to prior evaluation and authorization by Techmaster de M\u00e9xico. Once approved, the customer must return the equipment within 3 business days of the acceptance date.<\/p>\n<p><u>Invoice Management<\/u><br \/>\nOnce payment for your product purchase is received, your invoice will be generated with the tax information you requested. This will be sent to the email address associated with the invoice receipt.<\/p>\n<p><u>Modifications and Acceptance<\/u><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Techmaster reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.<\/li>\n<li>These conditions apply to the sale of calibration services by Techmaster de M\u00e9xico (\u201cThe Seller\u201d) to the customer (\u201cThe Buyer\u201d). APPLICATION OF GUARANTEES<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"strong\">TECHMASTER<\/span> is only an authorized distributor, and therefore does not legally represent any of the brands it sells, this means that <span class=\"strong\">TECHMASTER&lt;\/span &gt; will not be responsible for factory defects in the products, however, it may support the warranty process. To make the guarantee request it is important that you provide:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Order number<br \/>\nproduct model<br \/>\nSerial number<br \/>\nDetailed fault description<br \/>\nLegible copy of the invoice<br \/>\nSend an email to <a href=\"mailto:store@techmaster.us\">store@techmaster.us<\/a> with the title \u201cWarranty Application and your order number<\/p>\n<p>The customer may assert its manufacturer&#8217;s warranty if there is any manufacturing or factory assembly defect. <span class=\"strong\">TECHMASTER<\/span> will provide you with support to present your request with the manufacturer and indicate your inconvenience. The guarantee of each product varies depending on the guarantees of each of the manufacturers. The entire warranty application process is carried out directly under the manufacturer&#8217;s standards and conditions.<\/p>\n<p>As a recommendation, any manufacturer will request that the product be complete and in its original packaging. Generate a purchase order according to this quote and your accounting requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Any discount or promotion must be reflected in the quote to be valid.<\/li>\n<li>Payment terms are subject to credit approval.<\/li>\n<li>The service cost is effective even if the equipment does not pass calibration. In these cases, a detailed report of the detected fault will be provided.<\/li>\n<li>The minimum on-site service fee is $150.00 USD. If this amount is not reached, an adjustment will be applied to provide on-site service.<\/li>\n<li>The minimum on-site service fee is $850.00 USD. If the target is not met, an adjustment will be made to provide on-site service.<\/li>\n<li>Off-site service includes variable logistics costs.<\/li>\n<li>The calibration interval must be assigned by the client.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Our quote includes adjustment if the requirements change or expand during the service process.<\/li>\n<li>Our quote includes adjustment if the instrument is capable of it and if the adjustment process does not take longer than the calibration process. If it does, it is considered a repair, the client will be notified, and a quote will be sent.<\/li>\n<li>The estimated return time for the instrument under normal calibration service is 7 business days from the date of receipt of the instruments. This does not include major adjustment, maintenance, or repair.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Calibration Types<\/u><\/p>\n<p>TRACEABLE CAL: Calibration with standards traceable to the SI (National Institute of Standards and Technology) using procedures according to the manufacturer&#8217;s specifications.<\/p>\n<p>Z540 CAL: Calibration with traceable standards, including a results sheet.<\/p>\n<p>17025 CAL: Calibration according to our list of competent technical capabilities, accredited to ISO\/IEC 17025:2017 by ILAC, including uncertainty calculation.<\/p>\n<p>Note: In all three options, a data report with readings by range and function is provided, meeting the manufacturer&#8217;s specifications. Uncertainties are not considered when determining results within tolerance. All calibrations will be performed using valid and recognized methods, such as the manufacturer&#8217;s manual or published procedures. The laboratory will use standard equipment specified by these procedures or appropriate substitutes. Unless otherwise stated, measurements will be performed according to the manufacturer&#8217;s specifications. When statements are made regarding within or outside tolerance, they will comply with the ILAC-G8:2019 single acceptance decision rule. Uncertainties will be reported, and it is the customer&#8217;s responsibility to consider them in their compliance.<\/p>\n<p><u>Purchase Orders \/ Invoicing<\/u><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Both the purchase order and the invoice will be generated in the same currency as the quotation.<\/li>\n<li>The customer is responsible for the tax information provided. No changes will be made to issued invoices.<\/li>\n<li>Please prepare the purchase order payable to TECHMASTER DE MEXICO S.A. DE C.V. at the following address: Calle Seminario 8610-11, Col. Ni\u00f1os H\u00e9roes Este, CP. 22120 Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico.<\/li>\n<li>Include the last four digits of the bank account number, the currency (Mexican pesos or US dollars), and the corresponding bank. If this information is not provided, the corresponding invoice will display the phrase \u201cNOT APPLICABLE\u201d in the fields.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><u>Payment Terms<\/u><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Payment must be made in the same currency as the purchase order and invoice, and within the established deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Payments in pesos are processed at the official exchange rate (DOF) on the day of payment. If the customer pays in a different currency, they will be responsible for covering any difference compared to the exchange rate on their purchase order.<\/li>\n<li>The following payment methods are accepted: cash, cards (debit, credit), bank transfer, and bank payments.<\/li>\n<li>In case of late payment, late fees may apply, or future sales and deliveries may be suspended.<\/li>\n<li>Credit is subject to approval. If credit terms are not approved, the service must be paid in advance or according to the terms established in the quote.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><u>General Service Details<\/u><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Techmaster de M\u00e9xico will calibrate instruments according to established procedures based on the manufacturer&#8217;s recommendations and international standards adhering to the ISO\/IEC 17025 quality system. If you have special calibration requirements, please notify us before requesting a quote.<\/li>\n<li>The calibration prices quoted include all initial conditions prior to the quote. If requirements change or expand during the service process, prices may be adjusted. Any changes will be promptly communicated to the client for their approval.<\/li>\n<li>Our quote includes adjustment if the instrument is capable of it and if the adjustment process does not take longer than the calibration process. If it does, it will be considered a repair, and the client will be notified and provided with a new quote.<\/li>\n<li>The estimated return time for instruments under normal calibration service is 7 business days from the date of receipt. This does not include major adjustments, maintenance, or repairs. Should your instruments require it, we will contact you to schedule a new delivery date.<\/li>\n<li>Urgent calibrations or those required within a specific timeframe due to operating conditions must be included in the quotation process so we can assess their feasibility and determine if additional costs will apply, which could affect the calibration price.<\/li>\n<li>Techmaster de M\u00e9xico&#8217;s urgent calibration service takes one business day, or three to four business days, depending on the quantity and type of instruments, subject to prior scheduling and availability.<\/li>\n<li>Techmaster de M\u00e9xico is not responsible for damage caused by hidden, unforeseeable problems with the instruments during calibration.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Details of our services, as well as the responsibilities of both the client and Techmaster, will be specified and shared with the service order issued by Techmaster de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p><u>Modifications and Acceptance<\/u><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Techmaster reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>These conditions apply to the sale of calibration services performed by Techmaster de M\u00e9xico (\u201cThe Seller\u201d) to the customer (\u201cThe Buyer\u201d).
